It was a great day for so many in the club, with a big turn-out from the parents and many of our coaches helping on poolside.
A complicated night for the adults, a fun one for the kids. The races are all completed on a handicapped basis, with the slowest swimmer starting first and the other swimmers starting at timed intervals. To make it even more complicated, the handicaps are re-calculated after each round so the better each swimmer does, the lower their handicap becomes.
The girls event was an exciting competition, with Kenzie, Tamara, Carys and Lauren all making it to the final. The medals were decided as Gold - Lauren Tracey, Silver -  Kenzie Dampier, Bronze - Carys Hardy. In the boys event, the medals went to; Gold - Aaron Murrell, Silver - Mark McLean, Bronze - Robert Taylor.
The 25m event was a mixed race, with the medals going to; Gold - Monica Graves, Silver - Sam Bankole, Bronze - Joanne Binnie.
Well done to everyone and thanks to all the parents for coming along to cheer on the swimmers.
